Building something to look forward to
Aaron and Adam started Signature Experiences because they knew something better was possible. Having spent years working across complex disability support, they saw first-hand how much of a difference the right experience could make. Yet the respite options available felt generic, clinical, and uninspiring. They wanted to build something families and participants would actually look forward to.
Between them, they've supported hundreds of participants with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and complex care needs, helping people achieve greater independence and live life on their own terms. For Adam, this work is also personal, with a family member living with a disability.
Outside of work, they're both big on sport, exercise, travel, and music, and above everything else, family.

What locations are you in?
We currently operate in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. We are constantly expanding our reach to support more families.
What types of events do you run?
Our experiences range from high-energy sporting events and theme parks to concerts, arts workshops, and relaxed beach days. Every outing is tailored to the interests of the group.
Is there an out-of-pocket cost?
For eligible participants, our programs are fully funded through your NDIS Core or Capacity Building supports, meaning no out-of-pocket costs for the experience itself.
What is the participant to staff ratio?
We maintain small groups with a 1:4 ratio to ensure every participant receives personalized attention and high-quality support.
Do you provide transport?
Yes, we coordinate transport for our experiences. Please discuss your specific needs with us during the registration process.
Can I use my own support worker?
We provide our own highly-trained, energetic support team to ensure the consistency and safety of our signature experiences, but we are happy to discuss how we can best support your child's specific needs.
How do I start the intake process?

Signature Experiences is a registered NDIS provider. Our respite programs are designed to be fully funded through your Core or Capacity Building supports, meaning no out-of-pocket costs for participants.
